Yay Sammy! Yay money! I’m glad that things are going well. And that’s super-exciting news about the house. I’m also planning on buying a place and I LOVE talking about it, so if you ever feel the urge, you know who to call.The $900/month sounds amazing, but to make it even better, would you ever consider finding a place with a basement apartment? I’m not sure what the rental market is like in Salt Lake City but even if the tenant pays something like $400, it’s just cash in your pocket. Anyway, counaatnlrtiogs again!!
